POPIA & GDPR Compliance Framework

ICE Holdings Group ("ICE Intel") adheres to the highest international standards of data governance. Our operations are strictly compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Collection Architecture

Our systems aggregate data strictly from authorized enterprise APIs, public OSINT records, and crowdsourced telemetry. All intercepted data is processed via automated anonymization algorithms to strip Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before it enters macro-analysis matrices.

2. Legal Grounds for Processing

Data processing is conducted exclusively under the following legal mandates:

• Explicit consent via end-user agreements.
• Compliance with sovereign law enforcement warrants and Interpol directives.
• Protection of legitimate corporate and physical assets.

3. Data Retention & Destruction (Ghost Protocol)

ICE Intel does not maintain perpetual records of innocent telemetry. Our autonomous database optimization scripts (Forge Protocol) automatically purge low-trust OSINT data and non-flagged ALPR plate reads after 90 days. Data pertinent to ongoing criminal investigations is held under an immutable Chain of Custody ledger until legally mandated to be destroyed.
