Master Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Authorized Use Only

Access to the ICE Intel network, APIs, and dashboards is strictly limited to verified sovereign law enforcement agencies, licensed private security contractors, and integrated corporate partners. Unauthorized access, probing, or attempted reverse engineering of the platform will result in immediate IP blacklisting and potential legal prosecution.

2. Service Level & Latency Constraints

ICE Holdings Group provisions edge-node computing resources to guarantee sub-second response times for ALPR and OSINT queries. However, we are not liable for latency caused by third-party ISPs, local power grid failures (e.g., loadshedding), or hardware degradation on client-side camera arrays.

3. Data Accuracy Indemnification

While our predictive algorithms and syndication clustering engines operate with high confidence, ICE Intel provides intelligence "as-is." Tactical deployment of physical assets (armed response, UAVs) based on ICE Intel data remains the sole legal responsibility of the commanding organization.
